In 1995 Don and Kathy Demorest bought White Ice Ltd (now White Ice (1995) Ltd), from the original owners, George & Ollie Bilych.
Together Don and Kathy worked tirelessly to build the strong and respectful relationships with our customers and suppliers
that we value so much today.
Donald (Don) Wayne Demorest passed away suddenly on January 3, 2008, and left what seemed to be an inescapable void at White Ice (1995) Ltd.
Don will always be remembered as a kind, loving family man who always put his customers ahead of himself. He would always
find time to enjoy a coffee with you or just sit and listen to one of your stories; you always felt valued when you
spent time with Don. He had a tremendous love and respect of the great outdoors and all the recreation that it offered.
Don was extremely honored to be a recipient of the "Charles Mousseau Associate Award". He was a committed advocate for AARFP
and was proud to promote the association in all of his travels. White Ice (1995) Ltd is a Long Service Member of AARFP.
White Ice has become a stronger company today in the face of its adversity; we are extremely proud of our core values that
were set forth with Don's leadership.
